Over the past decade, we’ve been at the forefront of AI and code analysis. Our journey began with proprietary unsupervised machine learning algorithms designed to intelligently analyze strucutred and unsturucutred log data.

In 2019, we turned our focus to securing cloud infrastructure, releasing the open-source project Checkov, a static analysis tool for infrastructure-as-code. Building on this foundation, in 2022 we introduced Checkov-Graph, extending static analysis with advanced graphing techniques to map, analyze, and visualize complex codebase structures and dependencies.

This work paved the way for source code correction algorithms, enabling automated remediation of insecure or vulnerable applications.

Today at Baz, we’re building on these breakthroughs, applying AI, code graphing, and other novel techniques to help teams ship faster, more reliable software.
